New Products: Ribonuclease & Deoxyribonuclease

Pleased to announce that we are ready to offer Ribonuclease and Deoxyrionuclease per order.
Reference information as below:
1.       Ribonuclease
Source: Bovine(Swine) Pancrease
General description
Pancreatic Ribonuclease (RNase I) catalyzes cleavage of the phosphodiester bond between the 5'-ribose of a nucleotide and the phosphate group attached to the 3'-ribose of an adjacent pyrimidine nucleotide forming a 2',3'-cyclic phosphate which may then be hydrolyzed to the corresponding 3'-nucleoside phosphate. Ribonuclease A has a molecular weight of 13,700 daltons. It operates in an optimum pH range of 7.0-7.5.

2.       Deoxyribonuclease
Source: Bovine Pancrease
General description
Bovine pancreatic deoxyribonuclease (DNase) is an endonuclease which splits phosphodiester linkages, preferentially adjacent to a pyrimidine nucleotide yielding polynucleotides with free hydroxyl group at the 3' position and phosphate group at the 5' position. The optimum pH is 7.8. DNase I is activated by bivalent metals, and inhibited by chelating agents such EDTA and sodium dodecyl sulfate. DNase I can be stabilized against proteolytic digestion by 5 mM Ca2+
